10. What to do if my skull was damaged in transit?
Please rest assured that we pack our skulls with the utmost care but sometimes they may be handled roughly on their way to you. In the event something arrives damaged – please Contact Us immediately and we will replace the item. We require an email with photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box.
9. What to do, if I don’t like the received skull?
We do our best to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by sourcing and delivering the best quality products at the best possible prices.
But if at any reason you are unhappy with our product you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the shipping charges).
